Know what’s happening across every Microsoft 365 tenant.

Monotorr acts as a Microsoft 365 operations specialist inside your NOC.

Tenant drift happens fast.

Your MSP has 10… 20… 50+ Microsoft 365 tenants. Each one slightly different. Different settings.
Different risks.
Different drift.
You have tools.
But no single place that tells you:
What’s aligned
What needs attention
What to do about it
So things get missed.

You don’t need more tools.
You need operational visibility.

Not another dashboard. Not another system to manage.Just something that:
checks your tenants
shows what needs attention
gives you clear next steps

How it works.

Monotorr checks the Microsoft 365 areas that commonly drift.Angus reviews the findings and surfaces what matters. You get:
Daily summaries
Weekly rollups
Findings with recommended actions
No digging. No dashboards.

Meet Angus.

Angus acts like a Microsoft 365 operations specialist inside your NOC.His job is simple:→ monitor tenant drift
→ review operational conditions
→ surface findings
→ recommend next steps
So your team spends less time digging through tenants and more time acting on what matters.

faq

1. Is this another monitoring tool?Monitoring tools generate alerts.
Monotorr continuously reviews your Microsoft 365 tenants for operational drift and conditions.
2. Is this going to replace my current tools? No. This sits above your tools.
It gives you a clear view of what’s happening across your tenants,
without adding more complexity.
3. What kind of things are you checking? We focus on the core Microsoft 365 areas that commonly drift:• Identity (Entra / users / roles)
• Security baseline (MFA, policies)
• Tenant configuration
• Sharing and access
The goal isn’t to check everything.
It’s to check what matters.
4. Do I need to install anything in each tenant?Monotorr uses a read-only Microsoft 365 API connection to your tenants.
Most providers connect their first tenant in under 10 minutes.
5. How often do I get updates?Daily summaries.
Weekly rollups.
Same engine — just a different view.
6. Do I get guidance, or just findings? You get both.
We show you what’s not aligned, what “good” looks like, and recommended next steps.
7. Do I need to log into another dashboard every day?No. Monotorr is designed to surface findings through summaries and rollups so your team spends less time living in dashboards.8. How is this different from Microsoft Secure Score / Lighthouse / CIPP / SaaS Alerts?
Most tools give you dashboards, scores, or alerts.
Monotorr focuses on operational visibility across all your tenants.
What drifted.
What changed.
What needs attention.
9. Who is Monotorr built for?Monotorr is built for MSPs and Microsoft 365 administrators managing multiple tenants.

Add operational capability to your MSP NOC.
